With little script it is possible to open a separate form to control IT-Tool or use as an input. This form can contain also a menu and/or toolbar.

The screen can be opened as a dialog or as a normal screen.

To open such a form, the following example can be used:

' Load menu, toolbar and form from other examples

InputFormMenu("#SCRIPTPATH#\..\Demo Menu\11 Menubar Example.mnu")

InputFormToolbar("#SCRIPTPATH#\..\Demo Menu\12 Toolbar Example.tbs")

InputFormScreen("#SCRIPTPATH#\..\Web Requests\04 Web Request Screen.scn")

'No resize all so it looks good and show

InputFormPerformAutoSize()

InputFormShow()

'Set the location of the input screen to the upper

'This should be done after 'InputFormShow'

INPUTFORMX=0

INPUTFORMY=0

'show size and location

StatusOnFinished = [InputForm is opened:

Location: #INPUTFORMX#, #INPUTFORMY#

Size    : #INPUTFORMHEIGHT#, #INPUTFORMWIDTH#]

To close the form, just use one command (or click on the 'X' button):

InputFormClose()
